Do you service elevators from other brands?

Yes. Terra Elevators services all elevator brands — Otis, Kone, Schindler, Johnson, Hitachi, Mitsubishi and others — in addition to our own installations. Contact us with your elevator make, model and location.

How quickly can you respond to an elevator breakdown?

We aim for same-day response for emergency breakdowns in cities where we have direct presence. For other locations through our partner network, typical response is within 24 hours.

What is included in a Comprehensive AMC?

A Comprehensive AMC includes all scheduled maintenance visits, all labour costs, all spare parts replacement, and emergency callout coverage. A Non-Comprehensive AMC covers labour and visits — parts are charged separately.

How much does elevator AMC cost?

AMC for home lifts starts from Rs. 8,000 per year for a non-comprehensive plan. Comprehensive plans start from Rs. 15,000 per year. Commercial elevator AMC pricing depends on elevator type, size and location. Contact us for a custom quote.
