Every Terra Elevators installation follows a transparent 6-step managed process:
- Free site visit — our engineer surveys the location, measures the rise, and recommends the right configuration.
- Custom design & itemised quotation — engineering drawings, BOM and a written, line-item quote.
- Manufacturing at our Ahmedabad facility — truss, drive, steps, balustrade and electrical assembled in-house.
- Certified on-site installation — our own engineers handle truss lift, alignment, electrical and commissioning.
- Full load testing & certification support — commissioning, load tests and lift-licence paperwork.
- Handover & AMC enrolment — operator training, handover dossier and optional Comprehensive AMC.

How long does escalator installation take?
Typically 6 to 10 weeks from site visit to handover. Manufacturing takes 4–6 weeks. On-site installation, alignment and commissioning take 7–14 days depending on the configuration.
Do you provide AMC after installation?
Yes. Terra Elevators provides Comprehensive and Non-Comprehensive AMC plans for all escalators. Our local service teams ensure fast response across all cities we serve.
